About Wendy Owens

I have always been taking pictures and as an art major in college I discovered the beauty of lighting and all the techniques needed to help me translate the emotions of the moment into an everlasting image. However it wasn't until I became a mother in 2004 that I truly connected with how important those moments are. I watched my daughter take all those important firsts in her life and as I look back at pictures of that time today my heart aches with love. I am now a mother of three and married to the love of my life. With photography I am able to not only express myself creatively but I love that I can also help other parents or lovers capture their precious memories.

My husband, Josh, is also a photographer for Wendy Owens photography and I feel so blessed that I get to work side by side with someone I love so deeply. I believe its our love that makes us such a great wedding photography team.
